Non Private Equity Firm Owned Pest Control Services?

photo by Lorie Shaull Dear PoPville, I ve been a loyal PestNow customer for about 6 years now and for most of that time we ve had a very positive experience. They were responsive, effective, proactively communicative, and most services were already included under my quarterly payment. Over the last year or so, I ve started noticing some changes no longer giving specific time windows for treatments so that I can make arrangements to be home then, quoting exorbitant prices for things that used to be included or a small extra fee, the most helpful employee leaving, etc. For the first time though, I went to pay my bill only to discover a new portal. Turns out they were bought by a private equity firm (Entomo Brands) a couple years ago and it seems those signature private equity changes have now been implemented. All that to say I m now in the market for a new pest control company, not owned by PE if that s still possible! Ideally they would do ~quarterly preventive services to keep bu
